FANG is a storytelling platform created for readers and writers who enjoy immersive fiction, creative freedom, fantasy worlds, romance, drama, thrillers, and mature storytelling experiences.

These Community Guidelines and Content Policies explain the types of content and behavior allowed on FANG, as well as content that may be restricted or removed.

By using FANG, you agree to follow these guidelines alongside our Terms of Use and other platform policies.

1. Creative Freedom

FANG supports a wide range of fictional storytelling genres, including:

We understand fiction may contain emotionally intense, dramatic, dark, violent, or mature themes.

Not all fictional conflict, obsession, manipulation, or violence automatically violates our policies.

However, content may still be restricted or removed if it crosses legal, safety, or platform boundaries.

2. Book Titles

Book titles should accurately represent the story and remain appropriate for public display.

We allow:

Mature romance titles
Seductive or dramatic themes
Alpha, billionaire, mafia, vampire, werewolf, or dark romance terminology

Examples of generally acceptable titles:

The Alpha’s Obsession
Claimed by the Mafia King
A Night With My Enemy
Bound to the Vampire Lord

We may restrict titles that:

contain explicit pornography terms
promote exploitation of minors
contain excessive hate speech or slurs
impersonate existing copyrighted works or brands

3. Book Covers

Book covers must remain suitable for public storefronts and app distribution platforms.

Allowed:

Romantic imagery
Kissing or embracing
Fantasy weapons in fictional settings
Artistic blood effects in horror/fantasy contexts
Shirtless characters
Stylized dark themes

Not Allowed:

Explicit nudity
Visible genitals or nipples
Graphic sexual activity
Extreme gore or mutilation
Self-harm promotion
Sexualized minors
Illegal or exploitative imagery
Copyright-infringing covers

4. Story Content

Allowed Content May Include:

Mature romance
Dark romance
Violence in fictional settings
Emotional conflict
Fantasy combat
Supernatural themes
Sexual tension
Non-graphic intimate scenes
LGBTQ+ relationships
Psychological drama

Restricted or Prohibited Content Includes:

Sexual content involving minors
Real-world exploitation or abuse content
Graphic sexual violence presented for exploitation
Bestiality
Incest involving minors
Real-world terrorist propaganda
Instructions for serious criminal activity
Extreme gore intended purely for shock
Promotion of suicide or self-harm
Non-consensual explicit sexual exploitation
Illegal pornography

5. Plagiarism and Copyright

Not Allowed:

Reposting stolen novels
Copying chapters from other platforms
Unauthorized translations
AI-generated spam or duplicate stories
Copyright-infringing covers or artwork

6. AI-Generated Content

the uploader has rights to the content
the content complies with platform policies
the content is meaningfully edited or curated
the content is not mass-generated spam

7. Reviews, Comments, and Community Conduct

Not Allowed:

Harassment
Hate speech
Threats
Doxxing
Spam
Fake engagement
Coordinated attacks
Review manipulation
