Users remain fully responsible for ensuring that AI-assisted or AI-generated content uploaded to FANG does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
The use of AI tools does not transfer liability away from the uploader.
FANG reserves the right to remove AI-generated or AI-assisted content that violates platform policies or applicable laws.
AI-assisted content does not guarantee eligibility for contracts, monetization, bonuses, promotions, or platform benefits.
